Born in the heartland of America but raised under the endless skies of California from the tender age of two, I am a true Cali girl at heart. It was here, amidst the golden beaches and towering redwoods, that my love for design took root. As a nine-year-old, I would lose myself in a world of imagination and creativity, sketching out intricate towns on lined paper. Piece by piece, I would tape these drawings together, constructing full-scale cities that sprawled across my childhood bedroom.

As a teenager, the seed of SOULDESIGN1 was planted during countless moments spent in our small apartment. Visitors would often compliment my mother on the unique style and warmth of our home. I realized then that design was more than just aesthetics—it was a soulful experience, a way to create comfort and joy. It held an intrinsic value that I didn’t quite comprehend then, but it was a concept I held close to my heart as life continued its relentless march forward.

Fast forward twenty years to 2015, and what began as a passion for home staging and interior design evolved into SOULDESIGN1. This evolution wasn't just a business strategy; it was born out of a series of profound life events. From the deep grief of losing a baby to the challenges of caring for aging parents, I found myself yearning for moments of self-care and tranquility.
